How do I find the item I'm looking for on ayurvedaplanet.com?
There are two ways you can find products on the site, either browse through the listings on the home page of the screen or use the Search our brand /item category feature, which is very fast and very accurate.


How do I order from the website?
When you have found the product you are looking for, click on the "add to cart" tab that appears next to that product. If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can remove products and/or change quantities at any time before going through the 'Checkout'. If you make any changes to your cart remember to click the "update" button to make the changes. Once you have a selection of products that you are happy with, click 'Checkout' to enter our secure area and fill in the details we ask for, and then sit back and let us do the rest.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Items that are in stock will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of order placement and should reach you within 5-7 working days. You will also receive emails from us keeping you updated with the progress of your order.


What happens if an item I want is out of stock?
Out of stock, isn't out of reach. If there is an item you are really trying to get hold of then please e-mail us at info@ayurvedaplanet.com with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.


What are your Shipping Charges?
It is our endeavor to make shipping charges as reasonable as possible. The shipping charges are dependent on the volume-weight of the product as well as the country where it has to be dispatched. To find out more about shipping please click here.


Will I have to pay import duties?
With our experience we have seen that the customers whose shipments had their residential addresses have not paid any import duty as yet. However, we are unable to guarantee this as we have no control over VAT, customs taxes, and import duties and we cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.


How do I find out how my order is progressing?
If you would like to make an enquiry regarding the status of your order, please contact us at info@ayurvedaplanet.com by email with your order no, date and payment details.


I've recently placed an order with ayurvedaplanet.com but would like to cancel it now. Can you tell me how to go about this?
If you wish to cancel an order, then you can do so by emailing us at info@ayurvedaplanet.com within the same day of placing it. After this time, we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent out to you.


Is it safe to give my credit card details online?

When will my Credit Card be debited?
We do not believe in charging for an item until it is on its way to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will debit your nominated account and send you an email to confirm that your order is on its way.


Can I send gift to someone directly?
We are happy to send items as gifts for people, but please alert them that a parcel from us is on the way, so as not to cause confusion about a unwanted mail. We recommend to send us a c.c about the information.
