About Zandu Shiva (Himej) Tablet
Zandu Shiva (Himej) Gutika is Ayurvedic medicine prepared from Himej. Himej is one of the common name of choti Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). Haritaki is considered sacred to God Siva (Har) so it also known as Shiva. Choti Harre is black in colour, smaller in size and has more laxative effect compared to yellow variety.
Indications of Zandu Shiva (Himej) Tablet
Zandu Shiva (Himej) Gutika contains fruits extract of haritaki. The constituents of Haritaki fruits are Tannin, chebulic acid, chebullic acid, ellagic acid, gallic acid and resin. Haritaki is one of the very well-known Ayurvedic herb with purgative action.

Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula) 650mg Excipient, Q.S
Dosage of Zandu Shiva (Himej) Tablet
Zandu Shiva (Himej) Gutika is 2 to 4 tablets as required a day. Or take as directed by physician.
Precautions of Zandu Shiva (Himej) Tablet
