About Ostoleif Tablet
OSTOLIEF is a potent combination of antiarthritic herbs, which not only relieves symptoms but is also postulated to delay the progression of osteoarthritis. Boswellia serrata and Withania somnifera reduce the degradation of glycosaminoglycan and delays the progression of Osteoarthritis. Oroxylum indicum and Vitex negundo exhibit anti-inflammatory action. Sida cordifolia and Strychnos nux vomica are potent anti-inflammatory and analgesics. Tribulus terrestris is a powerful antioxidant and thus exhibit anti-inflammatory action.

Ostolief Tablet Uses
Ostolief Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
· Joint Pain
· Osteoarthritis
Do's of Ostolief Tablet
· Regular yogasana such as Tadasana, Parvatsana and light exercise under the guidance of an expert is extremely beneficial.
· Massage affected parts gently with oil.
· Local hot water fomentation is recommended.
· Maintain a balanced and nutritious diet.
· Prefer hot water for drinking and taking bath.
Don'ts of Ostolief Tablet
· Avoid spicy, oily, and frozen foods. Avoid sour foods such as curd and pickles.
· Avoid non-vegetarian food.
· Avoid over-eating.
· Avoid alcohol, smoking and aerated beverages.
· Avoid excessive mobilization of the affected joints.
· Avoid climbing stairs and climbing without proper support.
· Avoid exposure to cold winds or rain.
· Avoid irregular sleeping habits.
· Avoid suppression of natural urges.
